Raven of the Nile
For five years Theo and his brother were told bedtime stories about their father’s hometown near the Valley of the Kings in Luxor, Egypt. He loved hearing the stories but felt they were not completely true because of the research and report he did on King Tutankhamun in fourth grade. The history he learned was that King Tutankhamun and his sister/wife Ankhesenamun had children who died at birth. When Theo’s father tells the family, they will be going on a week-long trip to his father’s homeland, Theo hopes to gain more insight into the boy King.
Firesky to the Rescue
Theo and his family are taken on a journey that reveals new secrets about King Tutankhamun’s father Akhenaten and the woman many believe they know, the one Tutankhamun called second mother Nefertiti. Firesky gets a front row seat into the real story behind Nefertiti’s rise to Co-Pharaoh and the truth about Smenkhkara. Firesky learns about the Atens and how their deeds and actions preserve the truth and save the 18th dynasty. Firesky, discovers that his intention to save Raven from the clutches of kings vizier sets off a chain of events that will impact the kingdom well into modern day Egypt. Another decision by Firesky becomes the glue that rescues the real truth about the 18th dynasty for future generations but the cost may be the ultimate price. Theo starts to see the foundation of why he is the key, but still has many questions that seem to grow more numerous when he encounters modern day links to the story.
The Great Escape
The next phase in the journey reveals that AY has a new ally that may give him everything he has ever wanted in life. The secret amulet brings revelation and the additional allies King Tutankhamun needs to keep his blood line on the throne safe. King Tutankhamun’s truest allies scour the farthest lands they can reach to build a force greater than the enemy that threatens both king Tutankhamun and Nefertiti’s legacy. The Kingdom is preparing and bracing for the convergence of enemies in hopes that all the people they love will be preserved, but in the end, someone pays the ultimate price.
